Contract Outlook AI ("we", "us") helps you understand contracts you upload by generating a plain-English summary, risk analysis, and answers to your questions. This policy describes what we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

Account information: email address, name, and authentication provider (Apple/Google/ email).
Contract documents you upload, and the AI-generated analysis derived from them.
Chat messages you send to the AI assistant.
Basic usage data needed to operate the service (e.g. free-tier usage counts).

How we use it

Uploaded contracts are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your summary, risk analysis, and chat replies. Contracts are encrypted at rest and are never used to train models without your explicit consent.

Your controls

You can delete an individual contract, delete all contracts, export your data, or delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deleting your account permanently removes your contracts, chat history, and comparisons.

Contract Outlook AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The summaries, risk flags, scores, and chat replies are AI-generated educational aids meant to help you understand a document before you sign — they are not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure. A limited number of free analyses are available per month; unlimited analyses, comparisons, and exports require an active Premium subscription.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew automatically via the app store you subscribed through, until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple or Google account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't upload documents you don't have the right to analyze, and don't use Contract Outlook AI to generate legal advice you present to others as your own professional opinion.
